Data we collect

Account data: email address and name.

Content data: LinkedIn posts and related text you provide to build and improve your voice model.

Payment data: billing information processed by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers).

Technical data: session identifiers and logs required to operate and secure the service.

Purposes

We process your data to deliver the Lumio service, train and refine your voice model, manage your account, process payments, and comply with legal obligations.

Legal basis

Processing is based on contractual necessity (providing the service you signed up for) and legitimate interest (improving the product, security, and fraud prevention), where applicable under the GDPR.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. After account deletion, we retain certain data for up to 3 years where required for legal, accounting, or dispute resolution purposes, then delete or anonymise it.

Third-party processors

Supabase: data hosting and authentication (EU).

Stripe: payment processing (EU).

OpenAI: AI content processing (United States; Standard Contractual Clauses apply).

Vercel: application hosting (United States; Standard Contractual Clauses apply).

Resend: transactional email (EU).

Google: website analytics via Google Analytics 4 (United States; consent required; Standard Contractual Clauses apply where applicable).
